Shipping Delivery Policy
PrintTheGift.com is dedicated to delivering your orders swiftly and with top-notch packaging quality. Online paid orders are dispatched the following business day and typically arrive within 3-6 business days from dispatch.
We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays during regular business hours. To ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition, we partner with reputable courier services such as Bluedart and Delhivery. If these services are unavailable in your area, we will attempt to ship via Government Registered IndiaPost, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Charges for Multiple Units:
All online paid orders within India enjoy free shipping. The shipping fee is fixed, regardless of the number of items in your cart. Our prices do not include GST (Goods and Service Tax). As per Indian regulations, PrintTheGift.com complies fully with GST requirements. The relevant GST percentage will be added to your total at checkout and applies only to orders within India.
Order Arrival Time:
Express delivery is provided for all online paid orders, typically within 3-6 working days for major cities. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched on the same business day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days from dispatch. Note that COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are only dispatched after phone confirmation.
Orders will be delivered to the address specified during checkout. For remote locations or areas where courier delivery is not possible, recipients may need to pick up their orders from delivery centers.
Delivery Time Frame from Dispatch Date:
- Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-6 working days
- Rest of India: 5-7 working days
COD orders usually take 5-7 working days due to additional processing time required by the shipping company.
Damaged Product on Delivery:
If you receive a product in poor condition or with tampered packaging, please refuse the package and contact us at support@printthegift.com with your Order ID or call us at +91 9893024888 (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM).
We will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and ensure a new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. Please ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.
