If you need to cancel an order on PrintMine.in, please do so within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@printthegift.com with your order number in the subject line.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
Note: Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
Replacement Policy:
Products can be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective. Notify our team within 12 hours of receiving the package, and we will arrange for a replacement with additional shipping costs. Ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact for the reverse pickup.
Returns are not applicable for personalized orders.
We take great care in ensuring the quality of each product and safe delivery. However, if any fragile items are damaged during transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
